Hello, Ludo here again.

I told you that Mummy has been bringing grass in from the garden. Well, now we’ve been outside to eat it straight from the ground.

I just couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw this lovely juicy grass in front of me. I tucked in straight away. It does mean we have to bite the stalks ourselves, but that’s no problem 😀

I was only out for a few minutes, about ten, I think, but I ate a lot of grass. Then Mummy took me in, and Pippin came out for a while. He enjoyed his grass too.

We didn’t stay out long, but we went out on Thursday for a little longer.

Mummy was busy on Friday and Saturday, but when she came back from her walk on Sunday, we went out again, for a little longer. The grass seemed to have grown again. Isn’t that clever. And Pippin said he’d gone for a walk on it, because it was pretty dry. A bit cold on the feet, though, so he went back in his tunnel to eat from there.

So that’s our news, and it couldn’t be better, could it?
