Nothing happened, except grass

Hullo, Reggie here.

Nothing happened this week, although Mummy brought us in little piles of grass every day. It was delicious.

She is going to look at pigs later. She had a look at the photos Auntie Anna has put on her Facebook page this year. There are some who have already been rehomed and lots of girls and old people who will stay in the retirement home. But Chip and Winston look nice and haven’t been there long, and Ginger and Oreo look nice too. Funny names, though. And there were some baby boars mentioned in the spring. Maybe they would be okay to have. As long as they weren’t too noisy.

What we would like:

  • Boys who don’t eat our favourite things (tomato)
  • Boys who like things we don’t (pepper, outside stalks of celery)
  • Boys who don’t squeak loudly in the night
  • Boys who aren’t going to take up much of Mummy’s time, because that’s ours
  • Boys who wheek in the Hampshire dialect (it took ages for us to understand Pippin)
  • Boys who don’t bite the cage bars between us.

I think that covers the most important things. They will probably take all the time that Pippin used to have. But the rest is ours!

More news next week.
