Hello, Biggles here today.
Yes, last week was my birthday, and as promised, we had a party. Mummy always makes a lovely cake, with mashed pellets and herbs and sometimes cucumber on top. There was oregano on top this year, not cucumber. And five coloured sticks.
I’ve noticed there’s one extra stick each year. They are called candles, and they are not edible. Although Roscoe tested one once, and confirmed they weren’t nice to eat. Mummy just puts them on for the photos at the beginning, and then removes them when she lets us get on with the party.
I like cake. It’s yummy. This year’s was exceptionally yummy. The only thing was, there was a lot left over, because there’s only three of us now. Last year we were five. Mummy’s writing short stories involving Roscoe and Neville on her blog. You might like to read them.
Here’s the evidence that Ludo and I had a chat, nicely (although I don’t really want to talk to him in our room at run time). He and Locksley didn’t get on at all, though. Looks like I’m sharing with Locksley when we next go on holiday. Can’t say I’m looking forward to that, but he generally does as I tell him these days.
That’s all for now, see you next time
