Not quite myself today

Morning all.  Roscoe here.

I’m not feeling quite right today.  I wasn’t feeling quite right yesterday either, and Mam noticed and gave me some tubejuice.

She asked me what was wrong, because I was right quiet like, ‘not like meself at all’ as she said.  Of course I couldn’t answer her, and anyway I didn’t right know what was wrong except I felt all funny inside.  Stuffed up, you might say.

She said she thought I might have a tummy upset.  Sounds like it might be.

She gave me lots of mint with my breakfast, which she said would help.  Well, I reckon mint will help any time.  It’s a right pick-me-up, is mint.  So I ate all that, and then I had a snooze, and Mam went out all day, and I felt a bit better by the time she came back.

But she says if I didn’t seem right today she’d take me to the vets.

So I’ll see how I feel after another snooze, and let you know if she decides to take me to see Dr Sally.  Although Dr Sally may not be there because she’s having a baby.  I don’t know who I’ll see then.

  1. Roscoe here: I’m feeling pretty fine today, thanks. Mam says I don’t need to go to the vet, not since I ran the length of the kitchen to go and see Bertie before she could even put him down on the mat! I don’t know why she complains about me doing that. She’s given me more mint for breakfast, though. Yum!
