Hello, Ludo here.

On behalf of me, Locksley, Victor, Pippin and Mummy we’d like to wish you a very happy new year, or at least one that brings you some happiness and good feelings. I decided I’d ask everyone what they’d like to happen most this year,

Locksley….

I would like there to be lots of warm days so we can go out on the grass, shaded by Mummy’s new canopy thing.

Victor…

I’d like a constant supply of boxes that I can gnaw and redesign. I’m good at that.

Me: Don’t you pretty much have that already?

V: Well, maybe, but I don’t want them to run out, do I?

Pippin…

I’d like to run around a lot, and eat grass, and have fun, and have tunnels and boxes…

Me: I did say one thing, Pippin.

P: well, I want them all at once.

Me: Sigh…

Mummy…

She’d like everyone to be happy and healthy all year, and not need to see the vet too often. That probably includes her (and Aunties, too).

Ludo…

And I would like a birthday party. I don’t know when my birthday is, but Mummy says I’ll be five this year, at least, so I’d like to celebrate it.

Whatever you hope 2024 will bring, I hope it is good to you.
