Hello, Locksley here, on Boxing Day, which is the day after Christmas. It’s called Boxing Day because when people had servants, they used to give them boxes the day after Christmas. I suppose you might think we should give Mummy a box today, but she gave us boxes yesterday, so it wouldn’t be right.
Yesterday we had some more photos of us sitting in front of the Christmas tree. Mummy tried to get more of us sitting together, but these are the only ones, and Ludo was in a bad mood.

And then with our presents. Victor and Pippin got new grassy tunnels to replace the ones they had that were pretty bare. And Ludo and I got grassy boxes that have stuff inside that’s as yummy as special hay. I like the noise it makes when you chew it, too.

I had a day out last week and the week before. The week before Mummy was already going to Uncle James on the only day Dr Rebekah could fit me in. So Mummy took me to see Uncle James and we went straight to the vet on the way back. And just as Mummy thought, I needed my teeth done, so I went to have that done last week. Dr Rebekah cut out my lump as well, and sewed my skin back together. The hair is already covering it, but Mummy checks it every day to see that it’s looking okay. She has to send Dr Rebekah a picture of it on Tuesday to show how it is. That’ll be fun, trying to get a good view of it. Here’s the best we have.

Mummy also has the see-through views of me and Victor, too. We’ll show you those another time. There’s nothing really important in them.
We’re standing by for fireworks next Saturday, very late in the night. It’s because of the new year. People like to celebrate it. I don’t know why, it’s just another day. Mummy only stays up so she can reassure us when the noises start.
See you next year 🙂
love

Glad you got some great presents, though I knew Santa Paws would make sure you did. Also glad the see through pictures aren’t showing anything really bad.

You all got some great presents! I hope the fireworks don’t scare you – they used to scare our dog Angel a lot and we had to hold her!
