Hector died on Thursday. He was the last of us who actually knew George, Fred and Hugo. To me they are all legends. Hector didn't say much about them, apart from Hugo. He was a big fan of Hugo. He taught him (Hector) most of what he knew, about how to get on with piggies …
Hector – May 2010 to 9th July 2015
Hector died in my arms today after a series of health problems. Hugo will be waiting for him at the Rainbow Bridge. Rest in peace, my loving but troubled boy. We'll be in mourning for the next seven weeks, as is the guinea pigs' custom.

Oscar and Midge are one year old today!
