Hi! Sir Pippin of Popcorn here again. Happy December! Mummy’s table is covered in papers and stuff because she’s writing Christmas cards. It won’t be Christmas for a few weeks yet, but she has to get ready.

One of the things she has to do is take our hat photographs. I vaguely remember those, with Ludo and Locksley and Victor and me, but they were always chaos because we wouldn’t sit still. Maybe it’ll happen this week.

One thing that happened was Mummy taking my photo when I was sitting in our new place in the kitchen. It’s all finished now and Mummy put her best glasses on the glass shelves above our prep area. It’s a very nice prep area, all enclosed and safe. We used to sit on the end of the work surface next to the door. Mummy said she did the same in the old house, but it was a separate part of the worktop and away from the food prep area. We’re now away from the food prep area, in a nice private booth with nice lighting. She designed it specially for us.

Actually, when she did the design Locksley was still here. I think he and the others would have liked the new space. It’s nice and enclosed, with lights along the sides and plug places with a mirror above at the back. I like it, anyway. I have my K-cit and my Metacam in there, and weekly checks and weighing. The scales are on a pull-out platform underneath. It’s very neat. Ronnie and Reggie are having K-cit as well, to see if it helps their cystitis. Ronnie definitely has it, but Mummy suspects Reggie does too. She’s going to check their underpads today to see if their wee patches have changed colour. Mine are much lighter than they used to be.
