Hello. Um, yes, I’m a little late today, sorry.

We had a nice week last week and went out on the grass most days. Ronnie and Reggie are a little difficult at times, Mummy has to chase them into tunnels and if they get in the tent she has to cuddle them close to her. But they do get into the tents and tunnels, and they’ve learnt that, and other things like taking their cucumber from her hand in the cage in the evening.

The weekend was quite hot and it was supposed to get hotter, but after her nap today Mummy put us out on the grass because it had got all cloudy. Mummy has been having lots of naps, nearly as many as we have. Well, not quite. She’s been working hard on the book that comes out on Tuesday. The paperback version needed some changes, and then she had to change the ebook one as well. She sat at her computer most of the weekend fixing it, anyway.

So there we were, sitting outside, eating grass , and Mummy reading a book, when some little drops of rain fell. You could walk between them quite easily, and she asked me if we should come in. I said no, because I was enjoying the grass. But then it started being hard to avoid, and Mummy stood up and said it was time to go in. And then it started raining harder, and I jumped in my tent, and came in. I’m guessing Ronnie and Reggie got a bit flustered, but they came in too, with Mummy looking a bit wetter.

So no harm was done, we got a bite of grass, and Mummy only got a little wet. and then we had evening cucumber and Mummy asked if I’d done this post today….
