Hi! Sir Pippin of Popcorn here again.
it’s been lovely and quiet this week. I don’t mind these fireworks things any more, unless they are very close. Ronnie and Reggie seem to find them easy to ignore as well. But there weren’t any at all this week, and I almost missed them. It’s quiet for the birds as well. Mummy says the hedgehog is still around because he’s made a lovely path through the grass where are runs were. He used to make a path on the outside of them.
Reggie still seems to have mites. Mummy gave him one more bout of Spot-on, which disappears into his hair straight away. He doesn’t get that wet look I get. Mummy says mine’s a Punk look. It used to be fashionable. Used to be… that doesn’t sound good. Mummy says that he and Ronnie will probably get baths this week or next. Reggie can’t have one within ten days of his Spot-on. His hair’s grown back almost to what it was six weeks ago.

The only interesting visitor this week was the decorator, who spent a couple of mornings in the kitchen. I think that means the kitchen is finally finished. We’ll be having bath in the new sink. It’s got a clever tap that moves around to get the water exactly where Mummy wants it. Washing off shampoo from our bottom bits, that’s what she means. Sigh.

But then we’ll be clean and sparkly for our Christmas photos. They’ll be happening soon. And next Thursday our American friends celebrate their Thanksgiving. So Happy Thanksgiving, Auntie Dawn, Percy and Julius, and also Auntie Rebecca and Auntie Noelle, and possibly CatsforCoffee… and Dr Rebekah too. In case I forget next Monday.
See you next week
love

And a Merry Christmas to you, too, Pippen, and to your mates. You guys are SO handsome! I hope it doesn’t get too cold there – we are so warm here, it’s like spring. Funky weather.
