Hello, Ludo here.

It’s been a nice, quiet week. The kitchen stayed as it was, although one day there was some noise at the front of the house, with Mummy talking to people, and some bumping and whirring noises. It soon stopped.

We went out on the grass every day. I didn’t eat much grass, even though it was fresh, and long. I enjoyed the warmth, and kept my head in the shade. I don’t like a lot of space above my head, it’s scary. Mummy understands and puts lots of things over the top of the run to keep me safe.

Pippin likes grass time a lot more, but we both prefer it when Mummy puts us back and brings us some long grass she cuts from further down the garden. That’s very nice indeed.

We had several breakfasts with garden leaves, plus a few things from the fridge. The leaves we like best are strawberry leaves, herbs and dandelions. You can’t beat a nice dandelion leaf. Unless it’s the nice stalks from the flowers. Unless there’s basil. No, I think dandelion beats basil.

I like days like these. I hope they go on forever.
