Victor is very poorly

Hello, Pippin here, on Sunday evening, because Mummy says we’ll be busy tomorrow.

Everything went well last week until we got to Friday. We had food, cuddles, Mummy sitting with us while she worked her computer, even a little fresh grass on Thursday. Then it all changed.

After breakfast, Mummy stood watching me, and watching Victor, and decided that Victor was breathing too fast. He gave a little ‘click’ with each breath too. She took him out and had a look at him, and took him into the kitchen where we get weighed. Then she put him back, and spoke to someone on the phone thing. Then she did her lunch, then put Vic in his carry box, and they went to the vet.

They were out for ages. It was dark when they got back. When Mummy put Vic back in his cage he was all wobbly. His breathing was still bad. He just hid in a corner till he felt better. Then Mummy took him out for some meds, or food. And then she did it again when we were past bedtime. And again in the middle of the night. And twice in the morning, three times in the afternoon, and the evening and middle of the night on Saturday and today.

Victor spends most of his time feeling poorly in the front corner of his run, near my cage. I don’t often go to talk to him, though, because most of the time he’s got a Do Not Disturb notice up. Well, it’s not a real notice, but I can see it.

He’s hiding in his tunnel at present, so I don’t know how he is. Maybe Mummy will update you later. If she has time.

She had time to trim my toenails on Saturday. I don’t like it, because it’s scary. But it didn’t hurt.

Ludo says Hi, and hopes there’ll be no news till next week.

So we’ll see you then

love

Pippin. Xxx
