Hello, Locksley here. Did you miss me last week? Sorry I didn’t get here. I put it down to Mummy having lots of things happening. I couldn’t get to the computer in time, anyway.

It isn’t as if anything different has happened these last two weeks. It rains sometimes, and then we can’t go out on the grass. It dries up by the afternoon sometimes, and then we go out. We’ve had the new awning out as well, and that gives us extra shade from midday onwards, when we couldn’t go out before as it was in the bright sunshine.

This weekend it’s definitely been cooler out, and in some ways it was quite nice in the sun, although it’s only Ludo that really likes it. First thing in the morning has been cool, too, which Mummy remarks upon when she goes out to open up the summerhouse. We still have our door open to freshen up the room, but, yes, it’s cooler. But then it’s September next weekend, and that’s the start of autumn, isn’t it?
